AVOID THIS CAR RENTAL SERVICE. I made a reservation for 1 week rental and they reserved a car with OtoQ Car Rental company. After reaching Orlando, I called them for shuttle service and they made me wait for 30 mins and then eventually told me that they canceled my reservation since I was late by 20 mins and they would not refund the money either. I had to book a last minute rental from a different car company. If they had actually rented my car to someone else, they could have given me some other car or should at least issue a refund. They are not friendly and have no compassion. These guys offer lower price to get reservation and then they won’t work with you at all. They will even stop picking up your call. Save your money and rent from a national car rental company. Worst experience of my life.
