I booked an SUV in Orlando but was given a van. I booked to collect the car on-site but was shuttled 20 mins off site to collect my car. I was then made to spend $69.95 for tolls otherwise we were not going to be allowed to take the car. For my 5 day trip the tolls would not have cost any more the $10 !
Don’t expect to get what you paid for with this company !
