Wouldn't recommend Wondershare any more.
Bought a few of their products over the years, but not happy now after discovering one of them no longer works and they've stopped development of it so there'll never be a fix. They've not even bothered to tell me so that I could look for a replacement. Just left me to discover it myself. Not good.
When I asked them if, under the circumstances they'd be kind enough to do me a deal on another tool from them they did send me a link, but I ended up with the Mac only version rather than the online version. I let them know about this problem within a couple of minutes of the order going through, but they refused to give a refund until I had purchased the other product. They said this was company policy.
By this point I was worried that I might never see the refund, as this seemed like unusually poor customer service, and so I insisted they give me the refund first. They finally gave me that, but said it would take 7 to 10 days to go through.
When I got back into the country and checked I'd got the refund I went to the link they'd sent me to get the one I needed (i.e. the online one), but guess what, it was no longer there. Even though it said nothing about it on the page, and they had failed to mention anything to me about it being a limited time offer (and after all it was THEM who send ME the link) they just said that is how it is, tough :-(
So, all in all, a pretty rough experience, not good customer service at all, and one that puts me off ever trusting or buying anything from Wondershare in the future.
