I ordered this RAD 140 to help trigger my workout motivation. I see all natural herbs on the bottle. I've been taking 2 in the morning with another good supplement. I do feel more grounded, more focused. I've been sleeping well. The mixture isn't overpowering. The first time, you'll hard to swallow, Now, keep in mind as with anything, if you want to see results, you have to be working for it. I'm working off my beer gut and in 4 day's, I've tightened up pretty well. By the end of this month, I expect to rejoin the ranks of the Gods! lol and that customer service is awesome and fast shipping. gonna rate a 5-start
