I noticed visible improvement after taking it two days ago. It helps with the energy level too. Great product. one that actually does what it says. noticeable increase in libido and decrease in body fat. not so much in the way of muscle gain or workout boost, but definite other benefits. I went from training for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours without feeling fatigued. It keeps me going. There are no side effects, and I feel pretty good and strong. This is great stuff, I love this MK 677, I'm going to order the second bottle soon and update my review.
