After only 4 days of taking these once after breakfast and again after dinner, I can see the difference. I have extra energy in the mornings until a little bit after lunch (not the jittery kind either), and I am more focused at work. I was skeptical at first, but right after taking this, I felt amazing! I genuinely feel younger and have more energy to get things done. The pill is relatively easy to swallow, and there were no side effects. They have great stuff try and see for yourselves. I'm impressed as well with the customer service they answered you within a second, and I appreciate that.
