I placed an order for multiple sachets so I could try a variety of flavours. I was happy until I came to pay. The website said that delivery was around £4 so proceeded and at checkout jumped up to over £11. I filled out a contact card as that’s the only way to contact them and still have not received a reply.. I love the products but feel extremely let down by the overcharge and lack of customer service...
