Gruseliger Service, haben unser Gerät retourniert. Es wurde ohne Kommunikation mit uns dem Hersteller zur Reparatur übergeben, obwohl wir eine Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises gefordert hatten. Auf E-Mails wird kaum geantwortet.
Heute bekamen wir das Gerät ohne jegliche Ankündigung oder Info, was an dem Gerät repariert wurde. Es fehlen einige Teile, die wir mit eingeschickt hatten. Ich kann vor diesem Händler nur warnen - Finger weg.
