I ordered 3 items and received 2 items over a week later - though all items were showing as in stock.
No explanation or communication as to why the 3rd item was missing and had to contact your office to find out why. The item is apparently out of stock, but that's not what the website said. While I understand that can happen at times better communication would avoid wasting everyone's time on unnecessary follow-ups.
