I placed an order on 2nd December, expecting to get my items in time for Christmas. I received no further information from anyone, but checked the tracking information and I noticed that my order had not been sent and there was a note saying that my order had been approved for Backorder. I sent an online inquiry on 20th December and was able to find out that one of the 3 items I ordered was out of stock. I checked the website several days later and found that the item was now back in stock. However, there has been no movement with my order up to 16th January, but I did get a request from X-Hunter to write a review of my experience in dealing with them, so here it is. I am not likely to recommend this company to anyone who actually would like to receive the products that they order and pay for.
