Good products but terrible customer service experience. Paying additional for express post does not mean you will have your goods delivered to the post office in an express way. My goods sat in the shop for two weeks before they were handed over to Australia Post for processing. My email enquiries and calls were also not responded to quickly, with XHunter blaming Aus Post for the delivery fail. Aust Post were great. Will not shop with this company again.
