I ordered x3 laser bore-sights in different calibres. Two of them seemed to work ok but the third didn't work at all. I didn't mind that - these things happen - but when I tried to contact XHunter things fell apart. It was hard to find an address; then when I did so I got no response. I sent seven (7) emails, including the last two which told them that I was reluctant to write an adverse review because this was the first issue I'd had with using them, but I never got any response at all. So I have to say, the after-sale customer service is very disappointing and I will avoid using XHunter in future. It's a shame because I've bought a lot of gear through them. My issue this time was a little thing and would have been no trouble for them to address, but being ignored is frankly not acceptable. Very disappointing.
