We always strive to purchase American Made and our latest encounter with the people at Yoder has reinforced that goal tremendously! We were impacted by the wrath of Hurricane Milton and unfortunately we weren't able to get our Yoder smoker out of harms way. We called the company to determine if the cost of all of the replacement parts would make sense versus purchasing a completely new smoker. Without any hesitation at all, Larry, in customer service said that they would send me all of the internal parts to get me back up and running at NO CHARGE! I had to actually hear it again before I believed what he said. I asked why would they do that as I was prepared to have to pay one way or the other. He said "that's just what we do in situations like this...". With all that we had been going thru from the hurricane and my elevated emotions, this literally brought tears to my eyes. What an amazing gesture and act of kindness. I will be a forever loyal Yoder customer and will continue our quest to buy American!
