I am very satisfied with my delivery, the fragrances were lovely and everything came on time and nicely packaged. I did email a few times with a couple of queries and was impressed not only with how quickly a reply came back but also the thoroughness in the response. I really love supporting companies that show genuine personal interest and have time for their customers. I have been disappointed however that so many of your products are currently out of stock. I emailed on March 3rd and was told that GW464 wax would be available on the website the following day. I've since checked every single day and its not been available. Unfortunately its meant that as much as I enjoyed you products and the ethos behind your business I've had to go elsewhere for my candle supplies.
