Yumi has a great customer service. My package was delivered promptly and I was refunded postage, as discount code they sent me offered free delivery, but I have already ordered. Unfortunately items were too large and fabric not quite to my expectations. I have sent the items back, free of charge. I know it takes longer to receive the refund, but I had to contact Yumi, as 10 working days passed. They replied very promptly asking for proof od return and telling me I should receive the refund in 3-5 working days. I got it in 3 working days. However I overlooked £2.50 fee which was deducted from refund sum.
