It's probably not their fault but I ordered on 3 rd Nov. My items did not arrive. On 21 st Nov I finally worked out " tickets" have been in touch but they say I could return items.... Well can't they have not arrived now time elapsed and I can't open a new ticket. I have emailed them at least 4 times with no reply. I have lost my money. Will not be buying from here again. Although lost delivery PO fault customer service is rubbish. Can't add a photo as delivery didn't come. I am a pensioner and I am in all time so I did not miss a delivery
