zavvi has opend a case because on your tracking it say my order was posted throw the letter box but that wasn't the case as the order was to big for that so got on to zavvi witch you have informed them it was left on the door step when i got back from work there was nothing there i check my shed and all over the garden and with all my neighbours as its turned up no were so now i have to wait for zavvi for a case the items i orderd was for my little boy who is now very upset because the item has gone missing and im very angry because im out of pocket and left with a very upset little boy who in the right mined would leave a package on a front door step zavvi are trying to get out of this im the customer but there making out its my folt when that isn't the case it is down to the pore delivery service thay use
