I placed an order and realized that it had my old address, I contacted customer service 2 minutes after the order was placed, I apologized and gave them my correct info, reply I got informed me that only thing I can do is cancel my order. I tried doing just that but hej... it's not that simple, after i marked my order and clicked cancel I got an error, and again and again and again. TWO DAYS AFTER I got notified that my order has been dispatched... to an incorrect address. So ok, it was my bad with the address but I really think I acted as fact as possible, but no. So ok, I drove to a different side of town to pick up the package and upon opening I realized that they sent me an item in 2 sizes too small. I ordered Large and they sent Small. I don't have time or energy to deal with their customer service any more so let's just not shop with them again.
