If i could give them less than 1 star i would. Please do not do business with this company. I rearly write reviews but this one is for anyone who is thinking of doing business with this company. I placed an order for baby playmats for my business. I discussed and emailed back and forth pictures and size information. I was given a price and a time frame. I signed the contract and paid the amount up front since its custom work. I for the sample much longer than it was supposed to be because of some issues they were having. Phone calls and email again and again. Finally i recieved my sample. It was dirty, the edging stitching was sloppy and the printing was not even. Not how the final product should look at all. But they reassured me that its just a sample and the order will be perfect. I did ask for a little thicker padding because i thought the padding was a bit thin. He added an extra $100 or $150 to the order and i okayed it. Then radio silence i called and called and sent emails and my contact person was not returning my calls and when he did he had an excuse why he wasnt answering and still didnt have an answer to when i would receive my order. So finally after 5 months of going back and forth i got a call to tell me that he gave me the wrong price and it would be more than double the price i was quoted. i asked for a refund since they could not deliver what we contracted willing to pay for the sample. They will no longer take my calls or answer my emails. I lost the money i paid and received no product. They are a real scam. Its very sad. I have a business for many years and have never had this experience. Please learn from me dont do business with them.
