They’re super helpful, always there when you need to short a shift out or having any issues. Friendly staff over the phone. They really make you feel wanted! Their reply via email is good. If you call them and they don’t answer, be sure that they will definitely call you back, you’re not forgotten! I’ve been with Zen Locum for long enough to say that! Highly recommend.
