Ujigami software by Zero Defect Manufacturing is that type of software that allows monitoring, analyzing, and improving the quality of production. Our company has been looking for software like this one for a while. We’ve been switching from one app to another until we found something that perfectly fits our requirements. Most of the apps we’ve tried had a lack of additional features. So, the issue was that we had to install different paid software and pay for monthly services, which became too costly for us. Paying for several apps obviously affected our budget since there is some additional cost. So the only possible solution is to find something that could combine different features to fulfill our requirements. Luckily, Ujigami significantly improved the quality due to 24/7 control of the production lines. From cons, I can say that this app is more suitable for manufacturers than small businesses. I’m not sure that it can be adjusted to any business.
