Hallo, es gab in den letzten Monaten Probleme mit der Lieferung, aber von Seiten der Post. Mal kam gar nichts an, mal hat uns die Post nicht gefunden. Lebe aber über 30 Jahre am gleichen Ort. Egal. Ihr Verlag hat aber immer meine Reklamationen ernst genommen und freundlich und schnell auf meine E-Mails geantwortet. Probleme wurden rasch behoben. Danke
