I've spoken now three times to Zurich one of which I spoke to a very lovely helpful lady i cant fault her, the other two times I got a lady and a man he, Richard Ford who was very rude condescending and very unhelpful. Having to have to deal with the result of damaged belongings is bad enough but to then have to put up with rude horrible people who can't be bothered to talk to you even after sending a email stating if I need to ask something to get in touch. So if you want a friendly helpful insurance company don't go to Zurich, as they will make things a lot more stressful for you.
