Zurich left us stranded. We had to pay for hotels whilst I was unable to fly home, taxis to and from the hospital etc and the flights home. They did absolutely nothing to help making the situation 10 times worse! After about 9 months they paid some of the claim but not all of it. I had to go to the Ombudsman who told them to pay giving a deadline of last Friday. They still haven't had the decency to pay. It looks like I might have to go through the small claims court to get a CCJ if they are not going to comply with the Ombudsman Avoid Zurich like the plague a totally immoral company!
