I noticed a manufacturing fault with the pram as soon as I took it out of the box. A week later and I still have no answers from BuggyBaby, just standard reply emails. Terrible customer service via email and no phone number for them so you can't take to them.
Yes the prams are good value but that's useless if you are then left with a pram you can't use.
Avoid this company.
