Awful customer service.
I returned a £130 item which was missing an A3 bit of cardboard (used to support the item)
when the item was received by them they did not let me know they had received it, they did not contact me to tell me I had forgotten to send any of the content. instead it took me 5 emails to get a reply.
when I requested a refund they said the best they could do for me was take £20 off. for a CARDBOARD cut out.
just insulting.
