Their absolutely one of the most terrible company’s in the uk with rude staff customer service and customer care is non existent they don’t seem to want any business at all they don’t follow consumer rights laws and they intimidate women as they did to my wife as they thought she was alone in the house but I was upstairs and heard them shout at her and demand she took a stand of the tv to go back for repair when it’s their job to do it. If your elderly or disabled in your own home and you have a problem with any goods bought and need to send them back make sure you have company with you currys cannot be trusted they still have my goods and are refusing to rectify the situation or their diabolical behaviour.
