I have placed a couple of orders with WYC in recent weeks, one large, one not so large. On both occasions the attention to detail was impressive. For the larger purchase I reached out to the team at WYC prior to placing my order, the team were quick to respond and answered all my questions. For the not so large order I simply placed the order via the WYC website. Both orders were straightforward. Whilst this point may seem trivial, the quality of the pack-job was imperative, on both orders. The fact that just as much care went into a sub-£50 order as one for several hundreds of pounds is a clear indication of a tream that cares and takes a pride in what they do. The bonus Yorkshire Tea bag was a pleasant surprise and I look forward to enjoying many a 'Proper Brew' on WYC. Definitely an eleven out of ten!
