Recently - and for the first time ever- I had to return an order because a fault had been overlooked in the description. Having paid for the expedited (courier) service and never having returned anything to anyone before I wasn’t looking forward to doing this. But Howard sent a QR code that I showed at my local Post Office, a label was printed and I had a picture of my parcel sitting on the counter at WYC some 20 hours later. By the following afternoon the refunds had been authorised by Emmie, processed and was back in my account. Which was a good thing, because that night I bought something else from WYC.
