As soon as you come in you’re welcomed by two lovely ladies, who are very polite /professional and tell you what you need to do next. You can smell how clean it is.... the bathroom is squeaky clean and comes with everything provided to keep you covid safe. Whilst on that point, there is tape around the chairs in the waiting area for COVID guidance. They also ask you to fill out form upon arrival. The decor is so spacious and light with plenty of waiting space...not that you need to wait as you’re sent up straight away. I had an initial first appointment with Dr Sarah Murphy, who is incredibly brilliant at what she does. She had set out a plan to get my teeth to a healthy state and broke it down of how much it will cost. I’ve always been quite nervous when it comes to dental work and I’ve never been proud of my teeth but she made sure I was in the best hands took her best time and precision. It is really down to her knowledge, kindness and guidance I’ve been able to start to feel proud again with a smile.
