I came to this practise on a recommendation. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and I had high hopes that I would get advice and treatment options for my ageing teeth. On my visit, my appointment was 40 minutes late. However, I spent some time with Laura Mays the dentist who took all sorts of photos and x-rays and said that she would consult with other dentists and get back to me after the weekend, this was Thursday, three weeks later nothing had happened. On contacting the surgery they found nothing on file and obviously nothing had been done otherwise you would think a proposal would suddenly appear after my query, If not then the morning after. I asked for a refund of my consultation fee which was refunded to me immediately. As efficient and charming the practise staff are sadly this did not extend to the professional practises of the dentist.
