I will never book a room with any of the Wyndham hotels again as long as I can avoid it. The website said to apply for a credit card and get $75 off your stay, so I applied. This was the day before my stay. When I went to check in at the Wyndham hotel they said they needed a card on file for accidentals. Totally understand. Well, the full amount was billed to that card. When I contacted Barclays (the card company Wyndham uses) they said I needed to contact Wyndham. Wyndham then stated they do not work with the billing and to contact Barclays. I contacted Barclays again they stated they would not honor the reward since I did give the hotel my other credit card. I did not have the Barclays card when I checked in, again I applied the day before my stay. This is such a SCAM. I canceled my card and would not recommend the card to anyone. I will stick to Choice hotels.
