Das Trainingsprogramm hat sich super aufgebaut. Die Übungen wurden sehr gut und immer wieder erklärt. So konnte man sich die Übungen gut einprägen. Ich werde es auch weiterhin nutzen. Das Eiweißpulver( Energie pur) war lecker und( für mich sehr wichtig) Glutenfrei. Der Magnediumkomplex(Lass locker)hat sehr gut gewirkt. Ich konnte die 3 letzten Tage noch nicht machen( Urlaub), hole sie aber auf jeden Fall nach dem Urlaub nach.
