Worst customer service ever. I ordered an item and entered the correct shipping address on the website (they have an option on the website to 'ship to different address'). The confirmation email showed the wrong address, so I asked them to change the address, but they said they couldn't and told me they would cancel the order, and that I should go elsewhere for being demanding. They then didn't bother to cancel the order, and sent the item to the wrong address anyway. When I asked to return for a refund, they expected me to pay for return postage, despite the error being on their side! Dealings were extremely unfriendly and rude. Avoid like the Coronavirus.
