Ordered some new DRL lights for my Audi, paid £12.99 for next day before 1pm delivery as had to get my car back in before 10 days to get the MOT retake, Item didn't arrive when it said it would, ordered on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery, Item didnt turn up till the Saturday, contacted and asked for a refund, was told it was the post office's issue and not theirs. their customer communication is terrible only via email will they respond. have now taken it up with Paypal to claim money back. Be aware they are happy to take your money but they have no customer service skills whatsoever.
