My book was a technical one (mathematics), and although they said they had a lot of experience publishing technical books it was clear after the first review that this was not the case. I mean they tried at the beginning. bottom line, I asked for a refund 5 times already and they have not refunded yet (give us another chance, they said every time). They tried, but it has been almost 2 months of disappointment after disappointment and then radio silence. Then they disappeared. Nowhere to be found, no answer to any of my messages on the phone or emails. My advise: do not give them any money! They ask you for 50% just to start. Do not give them even that!
