I am mainly an eBay buyer and have used expert collection service on more than several occasions, using their wrapping and two man service, as normally customers don't want to organise delivery of their goods. I can not recommend expert enough they are always available via email and on their live chat line with clear answers and solutions to issues that occurs. The delivery drives are always courteous and helpful. The price they quote is what you pay i have never had any hidden charges, which i have had with other couriers. It’s normally flagged up when quoted if there is an issue with the weight or size of the item.
