Put My order in on March 10th, never received items so messaged customer service took the 3 days to tell me the courier company lost my items so they resent my order, which finally arrived on the 27th but my hoodie was not in the order so have had to message them again which I have not heard back from yet, worse thing is I didn’t even get an apology for messing up the first time, would not use again.
