A bunch of monkeys A really shoddy experience with this company. After 7 working days I got in touch to ask what was the progress with my item, they said it takes 7 working days for it to be dispatched from their warehouse even though on their website it states Royal Mail delivery is 3-4 working days. So that was a load cod’s wallop. A few more days past and I contacted again. They said they’d look into it. I then received a random £3.50 refund email for the postage and packaging but nothing else. A day later They then said that they are looking into where the order is. Next response - is that they have sold out of the item and that they told me about this but had no response from me. What a load of Crock Shizzer & lies. Then had the audacity to say that they can send another pair out. I responded and asked for a refund. They then proceeded to ignore my requests. After having to contact them through WhatsApp I eventually got a response saying that they will refund me. Why are you advertising stock that you don’t have?? And letting people give you’re company money then waiting 2 weeks to tell them they’re not in stock. What a bunch of monkeys!!
