I ordered a frankenape hoodie and t shirt combo from these for my sons birthday, sadly they sent it via the dreaded waste of space called hermes and i never received it. I emailed to explain it was a birthday present and they sent me out another order which arrived to late for the birthday but was still gratefully received, while i was waiting for that to arrive i ordered myself a couple of hoodies and i am pleased to say they all arrived complete with a free t shirt as an apology for the first order going missing. I really cannot praise this company enough, they went out of their way to help me sort out the failed delivery and replaced it without any argument, customer service like theirs is a rare thing in this day and age. The quality of the items are all better than i expected for the price charged, from the print to the material to the workmanship it is all top class.
