I have waited almost months to get my case resolved, no customer service only a bot. My funds is stucked and i dont now why , they are asking for ticker number. xtraderfx have my case and ticket number still xtraderfx can't resolve my case So why is it still saying it's under process, it's bulshit and it's enjoying.
