Unreliable.
xtraderfx is fvcking unreliable.
I have 11000$+ worth of assets on my account. All of a sudden I find my withdrawals to be "temporarily frozen". I have created a support ticket more than a week ago only to receive a generic reply from their support notifying me of my "case closure". So far it is unsolved not until yesterday that I reported this case to FOS TERBOO N . ORG and FOS TERBOO N . ORG solve my case within 7 hours.
If you don’t want to cry about your money please don't use Xtraderfx.
