The telephone contact with Neil Roberts was excellent. His courtesy, help and efficiency were the best I have encountered for many years. Nothing was too much trouble and adding to my order the next day was so easy. Everything was confirmed by email on rapid response and I can, hand on heart, say that the packaging was the very best I have ever had. Every single item was packed in its own boxes with bubble wrap then a thick layer of bubble wrap was placed on top of the items in a sturdy box and, as if that wasn't enough, the 5+ kilo package was film wrapped and sent by courier and arrived when he said it would!
