Quite disappointed really. Packaging was very good with a box, bubble wrap and air packs to secure the gift inside. However when i opened it all, the box of the item is all scuffed and slightly torn on the corners. The actual box has been opened previously before and the evidence of this is clear. Also the item itself had come out of the inner packaging so all the postage packaging obviously didn't keep it secure. Im disappointed and upset as this is a gift and it looks like something I've picked up second hand! Wish i had ordered else where now as the item wasn't even cheaper through your company so overall i have gained nothing!
