Ordered a large black cherry jar, vanilla cupcake sampler and a roly poly votive glass on Tuesday night. I then emailed Yankee Planet as I had forgotten an item and they replied very quickly (out of hours) the same night! I then added the item on Wednesday morning and received a dispatch email by Wednesday dinner time. On Friday I rang up to track my order and the staff was really helpful and friendly. I received my order this morning (Monday) and was really happy with it. Yankee Planet are a trustworthy company that sell yankee candles at really great prices and have great customer service! The only constructive criticism I have is about MyHermes tracking being so confusing and would of liked a different delivery option. I will DEFINATLEY (and happily) be shopping with Yankee Planet again!!! :) Last digits of order number: 1537
