I recieved my Yankee burner on Christma Eve. It arrived scratched, damaged and the exterior of the black cat is full of white marks. I have contacted Yankee Planet to either exchange my item for one that is not damaged or refund me. Yankee Planet has not got back to me but funnily enough they have time to send me an email to review the service that I received so here it is. I will be following up my complaint.
