Placed order on the Internet and received an email to say stock levels were incorrect and could I change my order.
Changed my order and waited for delivery. Delivery didn't arrive so made contact with Yankee Planet, was told it would be looked into. 2 days later no news so made contact again.
Order was confirmed lost and new order was made.
Received this order in good time.
Although some problems I found that they were dealt with in good time and in an appropriate manner. I would use Yankee Planet again.
