Thus far my relationship with YO has been quite satisfactory. The customer service rep was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was interested in purchasing. I had to return the product due to it meeting my needs (also discussed with the CS rep) and the return shipping was handled with dispatch.
I am hopeful that my purchase price will be returned promptly.
