Customer service here was excellent. The delivery company failed to deliver my window on the date arranged. (I was in all day) However the helpful staff managed to get next day delivery for the Saturday at no extra charge to me. It was only fair to give yard direct 5 stars! If I was reviewing the delivery company it would be very different.
