I read the manual it was voluminous and self explanatory and covers all the impotants areas on security guards.The teachers on the video are very good. On the exam- Many at times I heard some of my friends registered for exam with other trainers at the end they could not find their names on the exam register on the day of exam so they were not allowed to write the exam. I appreciate you for the exam registration you are always take exam registration very serious. I have never been denied of writing exam. Communication- anytime you are to communicate to me either on phone or email you are always go exral steps to explain in details for better understanding. Short comings- when I called on phone many times for a quick response to my challenges there was always no one to pick my calls. I was frustrated and worried but a little better through email.
